Released following the acknowledgement of space weapons by the United States on 15 September 2026; being the College’s contribution to #SaveStargate and to a programme it was asked to keep quiet about, and did, until the Americans stopped.
The vessel is sound, over-supplied by a vendor who cannot be reached, armed beyond the Major’s ability to clean, in orbit only briefly, and real, in the sense that the College has the drawings and the Americans have now said so. The College’s review of 2004 stands as written and is, for the first time in its history, published on time, twenty-two years late.
The Secretary’s statement, the Space Force’s wording, the 1967 treaty, the prediction market’s post and the #SaveStargate campaign are real and referenced. The vessel, its drawings and the College’s file are fiction, indistinguishable from a television programme broadcast between 1997 and 2011. Nothing in the paper is advice to anyone with a launch vehicle.
