Undergraduate admissions

We are looking for people who ask “why?” and then build a rig to find out.

Admission is competitive, but not mysterious. Strong academic preparation matters. So does evidence that you genuinely like engineering rather than merely enjoying the smell of a new laptop.

Interview

Think aloud

We are interested in how you approach unfamiliar problems. Interviewers are instructed not to say “interesting” in a way that makes applicants reconsider their entire education.

Fees and funding

For UK students, tuition follows the statutory fee regime applicable to real universities, which we are not. Consequently all figures shown here are fictional and should not be used for financial planning.
